Posh hotel in the middle of pattaya
Excellent location on beach road. Staff friendly and helpful, room was huge with a big spa bath in the bathroom. A bit dated but has a grandeur feel. Breakfast was excellent, good selection. Pool area was good, was never busy.

Staff not helpfull or even do not say anything, room oudated and not clean. After breakfast straight to the toilet for a day. Had to search for clean plates and cups. Booked a room with jacuzzi but was afraid to use it caused by black dirt around the jets. 10.000 bath fine for smoking in hallways, ashtray’s near elevators were filled with smoked cigarettes…

The location was the best part. Liked that it was across the street from the beach and a short walk to several shopping areas, bars, and restaurants. Also, within walking distance of Soi 6 and Walking Street. Regarding the hotel itself and the room, I didn't care much for the heavy perfume smell when I first entered the room. Also, the shower cold water didn't work well and had shower heads you couldn't use. The decor looked dated. The foot rest was stained. Paint looked worn. Of the two sets of elevator buttons on the floor, one button usually didn't work or didn't light up when you pressed it. The staff was very friendly. I had stayed there last year and had a better room but the balcony view was of an empty field between hotels. This time, I overlooked the street. The room's balcony was small and had one chair, a table, and the A/C unit. You have to turn off the room's A/C if you plan to sit on the balcony otherwise you'll get the hot air from the A/C unit blown onto you and have to listen to the unit run. Despite it all, it's a good 3.2-3.5 out of 5 and would need some cosmetic work and maintenance to reach a 4.

Nice hotel close to all nightlife, with pool and buffet breakfast plus lunch. The room could have been cleaned better as floors weren’t washed and countertop was missed. All good as I asked housekeeping and they were accommodating, although spoke no English.
