Rundown… Terrible internet, bad plumbing, broken kettle, fridge with intermittent power/dodgy outlet. Sold as “deluxe” room. Though bed was okay. Excellent location for Jomtien.

Overall the hotel is ok. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is located on a good place. The hotel is in need of an update but it is good value for money.

No one to take my luggage to my room, had to manage it myself. No one to see me to my room for room details. Cleaning crew is totally understaffed and do the best they can with so many rooms to clean, not their fault. Also, broken boards in boardwalk to rooms,dangerous, need repair asap. Had to beg for help with my luggage during checkout. Will not stay here again

予約には気を付けて下さい
１泊しかしていないのに、２週間分の予約がなされていたようで、領収書が来てびっくりしました。チェックイン時にはホテルの人からはなんの確認もない。また「チェックアウト」と言ってフロントにカギを返した時にもなんの確認もありませんでした。気を付けて下さい。これからはチェックアウトする際に領収書を必ずもらうようにします。恐ろしいのでhotels.comは使用しません。

Slitet hotell
Hotellet är slitet och lagningarna är inte utförda med någon större kvalité. För mig var tillgängligheten värst poolen på andra våningen och ingen hiss och inga trappräcken. Rummet var OK sämst var frukosten inge BRA!!

När man tittar på foto så ser hotellet bra ut med ett fint poolområde. Det stämmer ej, poolområdet har nog inte skötts på flera år. Man var tvungen och säga till städarna att de skulle byta sängkläder för annars bäddade de bara sägen med de gamla sängkläderna. När man skulle gå till rummen var man rädd att trampa igenom det ruttna och håliga trädäcket.

Hyvä, jos odota luksusta
Sijainti loistava, lähellä rantaa. Huoneet tilavia, nojatuoli mahtuisi hyvin, olisi mukavampi istua kuin sängyllä, johon ilmastointi puhaltaa suoraan. Siivous nopeaa, tasoja ei pyyhitä, vain lattiat lakaistaan. Osa henkilökunnasta hieman töykeitä, siivouspartio sitäkin ystävällisempi. Wifi toimii vain osassa huoneista, eikä sille tehdä mitään.

Helt greit hotell.Noe slitt å en del kloakk lukt på badet.Dårlig rengjordt aircon på rommet.Jeg spurte om en mykere madrass eftersom Thailand senger er harde.Det kunne de ikke skaffe.Noe jeg syntes er underlig.

Bildene på nettet lyver
Rommene var møkkete, særlig badet. Gulvene ble kun vasket hvis det var synlige flekker, ellers ble det kostet. Vi etterspurte hånd håndkle, det hadde de ikke, spurte etter et ekstra badehåndkle, det fikk vi ikke. Ansatte kunne noen få ord engelsk. Flisene på gulvet i gangen var løse flere steder. Masse sand i bassenget ute, ikke madrasser på solsenger. Vi etterspurte dorull til toalettet ved bassenget, fikk beskjed om at der skulle det ikke være papir, vi kunne bruke toalettet på rommet. Svært støyende aircondition. Ikke lystette gardiner. Ikke shampo,balsam,lotion på badet. Ikke kaffe eller te på rommet. Svært liten tv som hadde fryktelig dårlig signal. Vi spurte etter strandhåndkle kl 12 på dagen, fikk beskjed om at det var tomt, dag etter dag. Kommer ALDRI til å booke rom der igjen.
