Was a problem with check in my room was sold to someone else and was given a smaller room half the size,was compensated 500 baht. The first receptionist tried saying it was my fault I paid a cheap price which surprised me as there was clearly 3 different option of rooms and I paid for the largest room which was the most expensive. Then she said it was hotels.com fault as they did not pay the full amount (redeemed night). The receptionist I spoke to in the morning was much better at her job and a credit to the hotel,I know how hard it can be to get good staff in Thailand. She said it was there fault because my room was sold to someone else without checking the bookings. I will try the hotel again and just put it down to she was having a bad day 555,but I could of done without this hassle after a long flight.
