Level 24 Barracuda is not what we expected, no fine dining. Breakfast area is excellent lots of choice. Overall we will consider visit the property again.

Overall stay was good. But the AC in my room was not working quite well. The breakfast buffet was not very good. Noodle bar always have people waiting and sometimes you have to raise your voice to get service. Staff were mostly friendly. Sea view was amazing. I would stay there again,

The hotel is excellent. Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The room is clean and cozy. Very near terminal 21 shopping mall, within 10mins walk. The breakfast buffet is very good, many different kinds of choices. And the noodles was awesome. The rooftop pool is great, can view the Pattaya beach. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

New hotel within a location with many things to do. The Terminal 21 is right around the corner. Many food restaurants around the hotel also if you don’t want to eat inside the restaurant. Reserved room with breakfast buffet. The buffet was very good with many options and it does change slightly each day. Definitely recommend.

Nice Hotel
Overall a good stay, great breakfast, staff are excellent, the pool is nice but the gym is disappointing with only 2 machines in a small room on the lobby floor. The rooms are nice but their design is strange as you have to walk thru the shower area to the toilet, which means you often have to walk thru slippery floors. The location of the hotel is great, 7-11 next to the hotel, 5 minutes walk to Terminal 21 but 15 minutes walk to Pattaya beach.

during my stay, most of the hospitality service is good, but only one comment is the concierge staff for parking service handover is communication breakdowns...one of the staff promise me will drive my car at main entrance at 0500hrs as we are going to shooting match but not happen finally. we almost late. On the other hand, the drain of my shower cubicle is clogged and a long hair was found inside the bath towel......

If you want to stay in this location near all the fun at night, I have recommend the Akara Hotel. It is new. It is beautiful. The staff is amazing. The food is fantastic. It’s a 5 star resort, for a 3 star price. If this is the area you want to be in Pattaya and I do not think there is any other place to stay for the money In exchange for the elegance

Pleasant new hotel very close to terminal 21
Hotel opened only 3 weeks ago. Nice staff. Good location. Modern design. Construction still in progress. Great view from room overlooking space hotel. Attractive pool area on roof with great views. Breakfast ok, best suited to Asian Guests. Strange bathroom layout. Sink in room. Must go through large shower area to reach toilet ! Never seen That before ! Anyway, it’s cheap for what you get right now. Would stay there again.

Good breakfast buffet, unexpectedly room is too small and compressive, you feel dizzy. Should advise customers the room size what you purchase, sink at entrance area together with working table/desk, safe box not mounted fee image, it should not me place at the bottom of the floor, guests have to kneel to get stuff, crazy! wet area mix together with dry area? Who will put a phone or any fry items there? the monkey rack for clothes down grade the hotel and interior of the room totally impractical, the swimming pool is too small , part of area used as a corner bar is a waste bc and impractical, but I am glad I was upgraded to a big room by the duty manager Mr Mark. It is new . A lot of improvements required

Ce qui est certain c’est que je ne reviendrai pas ici. Un système d’hotel ou la piscine est accessible qu’à partir de 16h pour que les instagrammeuses se prennent en photo avec la vue n’est pas un bon concept pour quelqu'un qui cherche à faire quelques brasses. Aucun transat, du personnel pour vous faire consommer et surtout pour vous demander de mettre les chaussures de votre chambre pour accéder à la piscine. J’ai vérifié ces chaussures de chambre, elles sont sales et je ne sais pas qui les à portés… Un personnel qui vous parle comme un robot, dans une chambre high tech mais sans ame, et un ascenseur qui ne cesse de vous dire que vous ne pouvez monter au 24ème étage, oui car il a fallu attendre jusqu’à 16h15 finalement pour pouvoir monter à la piscine avec toutes les photographes impatientes… La seule vie ce sont les enfants qui courent et qui crient dans les couloirs dès 7h du matin. Bon courage pour dormir… Si vous voulez dans le coin la vue et la piscine, il y a d’autres hôtels beaucoup mieux ailleurs et dont la piscine est ouverte toute la journée
Mettez les chaussures de la chambre !
