great view, but.....
Nice sized room, great view, but otherwise... Only two electric outlets, and one had the TV plugged in. No chairs for the balcony. Pool looked nice, but once we smelled it, we weren't brave enough... No room service. No food service (we think) except the breakfast buffet. Charged 1,200 Baht for 24 hour wifi... (100 Baht for 2 hours). They didn't accept VISA/Mastercard, only cash. The cash deposit 3,000 Baht was more expensive than a room night. The thermostat can't be moved to a lower temperature, so be prepared to be warm. No phone in the room, so use your mobile to call the front desk. Its on a great beach, and the view is fabulous, 3-4 stars. But the hotel facilities are non-existent, 1-2 star. They seem geared to discount Chinese package tours. Staff were great, they apologized to us every time we asked about something that didn't exist. View might be enough, if you don't mind roughing it. We checked out after one night. Not worth what they were charging on Expedia.
