This place is the luxury residence of the Veranda brand. The room is high floor and next to Jomtien Beach. Guests get access to the beach pool of Veranda Resort Hotel (to use the residence side in the hotel pool). The residence also has a fitness center, swimming pool, and sauna room. Free parking space is available onsite. 7-Eleven store, Tops Daily store, and Skoop Beach Cafe within walking distance. Thai seafood restaurants Pu Pen, Sawai Seafood, Lotus Department Store, and Four Floating Markets are near the residence.

- The room almost is on the highest floor of the residence.
- The room has an area of 36 square meters, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.
- On the balcony of the room there is a washing machine and a hand-held steam iron is prepared for use.
- The room has Internet, TV, Netflix, Air conditioner, Water heater, Bathroom accessories, Bathrobes, Shoes in the room, Safe box, Stream iron, Hair dryer, Hair straighteners, Refrigerator, Rice cooker, Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, and Kitchen equipment.
- You will see both mountain and sea views from the dining table, living room, bedroom, and balcony. Because the room almost is on the highest floor of the residence.
