"This was a great experience i was upgraded to the club grand room after i complained about the club room, housekerping was slow in the mornings and the lounge dusaspointed me with the lsck.of variety and short time serving food....the fridge that had dtinks was locked most of the time....i was told off for taki g a can of coke to my room.....which is why i paid top money to have the club lounge.....need to have staff that can communicate in english better...."

"The property is very nice, expensive for Pattaya, I paid a lot extra for a poolside villa with soaker tub, very disappointed that they charged for the bath bombs after only one supplied, if you pay 100 per day extra ( besides normal sea view rate) for a villa with tub, then charge you to use it, then that is silly, to me it’s like you get a balcony room but you have to pay extra to go on the balcony, other than was great staff and amenities "

"Generally a positive experience here, but a rough start. Staff is positive and very attentive. However, first impressions of the property leave you concerned (explained below). I booked the ocean view room, which was more of a "roof top and some ocean view", but a decent view none the less. The breakfast had alot to offer which was great, they could improve on quality of coffee, maybe include the option of espresso. The main floor pool and general area is quite nice.
