TLDR: DO NOT STAY HERE.
This place is one of the most disorganized accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment I checked in, the room was a mess, and the other guest trying to check in was facing the same issue. They informed us that the property was overbooked and would shuttle us to a sister property. However, I insisted on staying in the suite I had booked, as I had paid for it.
Surprisingly, the staff member offered to upgrade me to a free room for one night. I accepted and spent the night in the upgraded room, which was pleasant but lacked basic amenities like a working shower and stains throughout the unit, indicating poor maintenance.
The next day, it was time to change rooms. All three employees at the desk were engrossed in customer service issues related to my check-in experience. I stood there for about 30-45 minutes before one of them finally managed to assist me. Fortunately, they had our room ready as promised and moved our luggage. While waiting I overheard the same conversations happening about "we have no rooms, but I can put you in an upgraded one and if you want to continue to stay there you have to pay extra per night in addition to what you've already paid." In my opinion, I think it's a scam that they're trying to pull in order to get guests to pay more for upgrades.
