This hotel was dirty and not good. I told them my hot water is not working many times but they didn't do anything. They said they would fix it but they didn't check. In one week they didn't clean the room also even when the clean room sign was on the door. I wouldn't stay here again.

Room was nice and clean and the hotel is in a convenient location. Room service did a fantastic job in making the bed daily and keeping the room clean. The AC was great, and also our room had a good view of the surrounding area. A few rooms for improvement: the shower head was not good and yhe lift was broken during a good chunk of our stay

The hotel has just opened after covid located near all restaurants specially Doodee also 7 or 8 minutes walk to the beach . The rooms have a smart tv so i could connect my netflix. The wifi in the room was very good . The staff was friendly . Good size room quiet . Would definitely stay again

Sereneburi me at Patong beach
I really enjoyed my stay at Sereneburi. It’s really well kept for Patong. I tried to extent my first stay here because the room and bed was so comfortable, but they were fully booked. Luckily they had vacancies later in my stay. It’s the best hotel I stayed at in Patong and I’m happy to recommend it to others. The AC was almost completely silent and worked perfectly

It was a nice hotel ,minor problems the lift was broken my room as on the 6th floor very nice room .The Mattress was very soft and it had the old like smell .I still manage to have a nice one night stay.I forgot the balcony was nice it even had Astro turf grass .Wow.

Sereneburi was clean and comfortable! The staff were accommodating and English speaking. They were helpful and easy to talk to. The hotel was in a convenient location and just 15 minutes walk to the beach. We walked around to so many restaurants around us. Everything is so close by. Shopping as well! Will recommend to family and friends!

Try not to get a street side room. Loud motorcycles and booming sound systems running until 4 am. First non moldy shower I’ve been at in a while in Thailand. Good hot water supply. Room not made up until you ask. Good walking distance to many restaurants and shops. 2 7-11’s in either direction.

The place grew on me after a couple days. No English spoken. U-tube only. Twin beds pushed together that continually came apart. Springs in mattress hurt me. No view. Air conditioning worked good.

Amazing! it is walkable distance to everywhere like 15 min walk. we walk to the beach during the day and walk to the bars during the night. Safe area, everything is under your hand. There are a bunch of restaurants, laundry, atm, 7-Eleven, etc... The stuff is very helpful but limited English. The room is huge,good shower. My only complain would be towels. They were clean but have the weirdest smell. I kinda did not wanna use it.

Horror if you have accessibility issues!
-Elevator not accessible from the ground floor . - Cluttered corridor to access the elevator. - Not suitable for baby in stroller or people with disabilities issues. -A lot of stairs -Furniture in the room minimal ( no side tables, no chair) -Really noisy place . -Massage parlor took a large place on the lobby/ ground floor. -Staff not helpful at all ( we were a family with 2 kids 1 - 3 years and someone with heart condition) We had to cancel our stay after 1 night. They refuse to compensate us. -There a lots of more interesting hotels around. Don’t go there!!!

Trevlig personal, bra rum, renoverat badrum, balkong mot gatan. Städning bra! Allt fungerade som det skulle - inga konstigheter! Jag är supernöjd med 3.5 veckas vistelse här. Enda nackdelen var sängen. Tillslut var inte den och jag vänner längre kort sagt. I övrigt, jättebra!!
