The staff at front desk did not speak great English . I checked in the first day showed them my passport and got the room key. Later on after my tour, I came back with my luggage from other hotel at 10 pm at night . Our room was on the third floor . I didn’t know where the elevator was . When I asked for help with luggage to my room, the front desk said I need to know where the luggage is coming from . I said I already checked in. She said I need to see your passport. All I asked was for help with luggage and the front desk was rude and unhelpful . When I was leaving the day before I asked for a ride to airport they said they couldn’t help the company they use was booked . I booked a ride through the airport through get your guide . I revived no upgrades in room even though this hotel Is listed as VIP through Expedia. Our tours left early in the morning , I was not even offered breakfast bag , skipping the buffet. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is the Buffett and location off the street is quiet.

Extremely friendly staff, tidy, clean and a huge resort. Staff were attentive, polite, and always there for a helping hand. They made our honey moon the most enjoyable. We can’t wait to return back to Deevana.

Staff are really friendly and accommodating. Only thing is, we booked the Garden wing, unless you are only staying for 1 or 2 nights do not book this room. The beds are rock solid and it’s a long walk from reception, rooms are basic and small. We upgraded our room for a really small cost to a deluxe room, when booking I would recommend booking a deluxe room or above, avoid garden wing, otherwise we had a fab stay.

The property was beautiful! Pool areas were clean and relaxing to be at. All the staff were lovely and helpful. Our cleaning lady, Cream was great! the hotel itself is off the main road so it was nice and quiet! Great location to easily access shops and beach! Would definitely return or recommend to others!

I booked the Deluxe Room with a Jacuzzi but was pleasantly upgraded to the Junior Suite with a Jacuzzi, thanks to my Gold Tier status on Expedia. The Junior Suite is spacious and comfortable, conveniently located on the ground floor near the Emergency Exit, which made it easy to step out whenever needed. The attached Jacuzzi—more like a mini pool due to the lack of temperature control—was perfect for relaxation. The room amenities were excellent, including extra furniture for our bags, a dining table with chairs, and a small extra bed in the corner. Room service was quick and efficient, and the housekeeping staff, especially the lady who assisted us, was very kind and helpful. Most of the staff were friendly, with a special mention to Ms. Zimmy, who helped us with planning our itinerary. However, we did encounter one staff member in the dining area who was a bit rude. The resort features two large pools and a children's pool. As vegetarians from India, we found the breakfast buffet a bit lacking and mainly resorted to bread, butter, and fruits since the vegetarian options weren’t very appealing. The resort's location is another big plus, just a 2-3 minute walk from the main road and market, where you can find Indian restaurants, 7-Eleven stores, pharmacies, and currency exchanges. Tuk-tuks are also easily available near the main road. Overall, my stay was very pleasant and comfortable, and this resort will definitely be my go-to choice if I return to Phuket.

I loved everything about Deevana Patong Resort & Spa. It’s close walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants/bars. I upgraded to a jacuzzi room and it is definitely worth it. Will come again and recommend to my family and friends
