Mice running around the kitchen
We had booked this home to be near family for a wedding. The owner had listed the home for sale without us knowing and agent with prospective buyers walked in as my husband was upstairs sleeping. He was startled to find a group of strangers walking through the home. It is unsettling that agents had the code to access the home during our stay. The kitchen also had mice. They were very active at night and all over the counters and inside pots on the shelf above the oven. I contacted the owner immediate with no accommodation. The response was there is a known issue with mice in the town. Please do not stay especially with young children. This is not sanitary as mice do carry disease. I really do not like leaving any negative feedback. I am disappointed that the owner renting this property has done nothing and would not want anyone to have this experience.
