"We had a great stay and the communication with Pedro was fantastic. He provided lots of tips for the area which made everything easier. The house is big and the kitchen is well equipped… it’s basically your home from home. .our daughter enjoyed the little pool and the room with the three beds was perfect for us :) We would stay again if we come back to the area in future. "

"The perfect location to relax while visiting many sites in the area. Quinta Mota II was clean, comfortable, quiet, had everything we needed, and the backyard and salt pool was incredible. From this location it is a short drive to the beach and many sites, we visited Obidos, Alcobaca, Batalha, and several beaches. And then returned for swim and a peaceful quiet nights sleep. Thank you Joao!!"

"Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Ruhige Lage, sehr sauber, die Küche könnte ein kleines bisschen besser ausgestattet sein. Vermieter sehr nett und entspannt. Wir waren die allermeiste Zeit alleine auf dem Grundstück und hatten den Pool für uns. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke !!!"

"Accueil chaleureux, charmant jardin et piscine comme sur les photos, mais il s’agit vraiment d’un logement en demi sous-sol, très humide et sommairement aménagé et peu pratique (la salle de bains n’est pas accessible directement, il faut passer par un couloir demi-extérieur avec un sol de béton brut). On sent de très gros efforts et une grande gentillesse de la part des hôtes, mais l’espace n’est pas très agréable et on entend le moindre mouvement des occupants du logement situé au-dessus....

"MEIO country house is extremely well-maintained and outfitted. We were a group of 12 adults, with 6 new ones swapping places with the original guests after 1 week. Clean linens were supplied and a housekeeper cleaned the rooms beautifully. The location has easy access to the train at Santarem and only 1 hour drive to Lisbon. "Poor bathroom conditions. Hot water and cool water from two isolated sources on the sink. Toilet cover had a crack that pinched guest’s skin. Using the shower in the narrow tub floods the bathroom. Breakfast was not included although it was supposed to be, according to reservation. Blanket was heavy and dusty."

"We (2 adults, 2 kids who are 9 and 11) stayed here for 10 days and absolutely loved it, the place was clean and cool and really spacious, the pool was fantastic and the kids could play pool or table tennis if they got bored of that. "A nossa estadia foi boa, a casa é grande e muito perto da praia de vale furado. Esta praia é muito bonita mas tem um acesso dificil com escadas. A casa não tinha no entanto algumas coisas mencionadas no anuncio, como wifi, tábua e ferro de passar ou banheira de hidromassagem. Os colchões das camas podiam ser actualizados. No geral tivemos uma boa estadia e recomendariamos."
