Negativa: Pokojské, které nemluvily a nerozuměly česky... takže na žádost o výměnu ručníků nebo doplnění mýdla v koupelně nereagovaly... nepochopily, co se po nich žádá. Na mé gusto studený bazén... ve wellness hotelu bych čekala teplejší vodu, zvlášť pokud je venku zima. "

The breakfast was delicious and well-organized, ensuring each room knows exactly where to sit, which avoids any confusion. However, breakfast hours are a bit limited, running only from 8-9 AM. "Multiple pools - with a water slide! My teenage kids loved it. It is not a super water park, but they have a really nice pool / hot tub area and it is low-key but very nice. The staff was nice, the city area was nice - everything exceeded my expectations. We had a room that was like an attic room, and it had skylight type windows that we were able to open up and check out the area. I really likes this hotel. Also, the breakfast was good too. "
