"Filthy and disgusting. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Smells like damp mouldy cheese that we later found out to be the drip tray behind the fridge. It was liquid and mouldy. The toilet seat was loose and wouldn't tighten. The skirting boards were dirty and dusty. We found a mouldy sponge under the kitchen cupboard. No toilet roll. No hand wash. Mouldy bathroom. Dirty toilet. Bins hadn't been emptied. Dead woodlice in the bedroom on the floor. Dirty on top of the fridge. Brown bug...

"Although we had to leave early, due to illness, we absolutely love this place. The location, the site and the actual chalet is just perfect. The quietness and being able to just sit outside the chalet and hear the sea is just what we need from our holiday and away from our everyday lives. "First visit to cromer and was not disappointed! The Country Club is a perfect spot. Great communication after booking, easy check in, friendly staff. We had a 2 bedroom two-storey unit, it was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Well presented, spotless, cosy, full facilities - dishwasher, washing machine, comfy beds and nice bedding, an all round pleasant stay and we will be returning. We didn’t use the pool facilities but it looked lovely."
