"No receptionist and property was at 2nd floor. We found out that we need to whatsapp to a number to get access into the property and that message was pasted at level 1 just beside the door to the stairs. We didn't see it at first and went up the stairs and kept pressing the door bell for about 5 mins. We called the whatsapp number but the call was hang up. Instead, they replied to the messages only. "Ridiculous. I did not stay at this hotel becuase it was fully booked eventhough I had paid for it. And now that I requested for a refund, the hotel/expedia is not entertaining my request promptly. Called expedia a few times, and till date no service recovery. Do I need to keep making calls just so someone can look into the matter?!! "
