"Lovely Oceanside property. Great staff. We stayed in a loft room which gave a little extra space. Nice balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. This hotel is situated on a coral reef so there is really no sandy beach and not suitable for swimming. However it is a short walk to the main Passekudah beach. "

"We spent 5 nights at Sun Siyam and we had a wonderful time, including a fantastic Nee Year’s Eve party. The staff were fantastic and so friendly. They looked after our little boy like royalty! We spent time on the beach and round the pool. The food was excellent with plenty of choices including lots of amazing vegetable dishes. "Overall the experience was great, the only feedback I would give is that one of the staff members tried to charge me 1000 rupees to play on the pool table for an hour, which I think wasn’t think was fair. The pool table is located right by the bar where people are already purchasing drinks, and to be charged to play pool I Personally don’t agree with. Other than that, the hotel and breakfast was great! "
