"This 2 bedroom unit is quite nice for two couples as the bedrooms are on either side of the unit. We had some initial issues with the plumbing/hot water and lighting, but the property manager was very responsive and they were corrected promptly. Easy check-in and check-out. Parking can be a bit of an issue for two cars as most spaces are assigned. Overall, I good place to stay if needing something in proximity to Texas Medical Center and MDAnderson."

"The unit is as good overall, and the biggest disappointment was the shower. Fix the floor. It created an unsanitary mental state since the water doesn’t drain completely. The place had character, kitchen was fully stocked with the necessities which was nice to be able to cook. "

"Our trip was to get a medical procedure at Baylor St Luke's with a week's recovery time. Apartment complex was in a great gated neighborhood about a mile away. East covered parking. It was easy to Uber and DoorDash to the site.There is minimal kitchen equipment but we made do. Wifi/tv options were good. Communication with host was initially delayed but improved as the week went on. Check in and check out was a breeze. Loved the "valet trash" service."

"This little apartment is on the ground floor and was easy for my grandparents to access. It is not super fancy, but it does have your basic amenities for a comfortable stay, including a large soaker bath! My son enjoyed the bath the most. It is actually right next store to a huge Wal-Mart if you forgot, or need anything. My only suggestion would have been a coffee pot for the grandparents. "The condo is nice, conveniently located in Midtown with lovely views of Downtown. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. The shampoo and body wash bottles in the tub were empty though. There were a few minor cleaning issues. "The listing was very accurate and the apartment was very nice. Onsite employees were friendly and helpful. I was concerned with parking availability before the trip but used the $10 valet and had no problems. The only draw back was the amount of homeless people in the surrounding area and didn't really work around the area much. We really enjoyed the overall experience and would definately book this apartment again."
