The reception team and the restaurant / bar team were very helpful however in the restaurant for breakfast they sometimes could not keep up with the demand…eg set places, the orange juicers was out of oranges on numerous occasions . "Great location, clean, great food and bar. Only negative was pool area was not explained as costing extra when we used it and at 12 euro per person, per visit was very steep for 45 mins of use. Minor complaint and would still highly recommend. "

"The hotel was very pleasant with very good quality rooms and reasonably priced. There was a bath/shower in the rooms with comfy beds. The food was excellent (especially the evening meals) if you're a meat eater, with limited/moderate option choices if your diet is limited to vegetarian/non-meat eating. The hotel is extremely close to the ski slopes with only a 5 minute walk to/from the hotel ski locker. There are individual lockers allocated to your rooms, however there are no ski boot drying...

"The hotel is located about 50 or so meters from the nearest lifts. It really couldn’t be more convenient. The staff we extremely helpful. The car park the hotel recommends is a multi storey on the edge of town but a member of staff travelled up with me following him and then he gave me a lift back - and even helped with buying the correct (and best value) parking ticket. The room was warm and had radiators that were easy to contraplano rather than those electric heaters found in many ski hotels...

"The value of the hotel is you can ski in and out even in poor snow conditions (as we had). Though the rooms were kept clean and warm the general repair was poor, there was problems with the shower not working and electric failing. Also the English skills of the team were not ideal, which is not a direct criticism but the problems in stay were all made worse by the lack of ability to explain the problems properly (my pidgin Spanish could not cut the complexity). "Great location for the slope but note check in is not until 4pm, check out 10am. Overnight parking at a cost of €15 but worth it if it’s snowing hard. Hot water in shower a little low in the late afternoon, early evening but hotter in the morning. Very clean bedding. Heating seems to be on a intermittent cycle so room got a little chilly at times but just put a few more clothes on. In the mountains after all! "

"Stopped here in Jan 2025 with 2 other guys sharing a triple room on half board. Great hotel that has a relaxed and fun atmosphere about it, games in the bar (chess, pool, checkers etc) Room was very big compared to other ski hotels, obviously the usual basic room but beds and pillows were good, room was warm and shower powerful. Room was clean and tidied will towels etc every day. Food wise breakfast was a good buffet, a little cold as in could have been warmer, but good usual continental...
