"Sicily is an amazing town but the accomodation at the villa was the worst ever. Starting with the basic cleaning status of the villa, the toilet is teribble very very old . The shower is compeltely rusted.. there is no garabage bin (which is considered a basic thing). The surrounding area without a car is unsafe due to dangerous free dogs, although we were not informed about that. The tenant is not honest at all especially regarding electricity consumption. "This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was centrally located next to a large square. Our room had a fantastic view of the palazzo. The area was great for walking, and there were high-end stores nearby. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Rooftop dining had an excellent atmosphere and good service. "

"I've stayed in a lot of old and run down little hotels across Sicily as I like to avoid big chains. And they've been fine, but this was a significant step up in being modern and up to date. The room was stylish and comfortable, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. My best accommodation of the trip, highly recommend. "
