They should communicate with you prior to your arrival that you will have no cell service at the cabin and need to make sure you have a photo of the access code. We had to drive about 20 minutes back down the mountain to get cell service to be able to access the text with the code. I will say if you are someone who cannot be unplugged during your stay, this property is not for you because the Wi-Fi did not work during my stay.
