Villa Tranquilidad is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with full amenities in a pristine gated subdivision with 24 hour security, a huge dual resort style pool, tennis court and only 300 meters to the Blue Flag Playa Bejuco. A/C, cable/wifi, beautiful back yard and a garage, this home has everything you need for a family vacation, quiet getaway or groups enjoying the adventures of Costa Rica's Central Pacific. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

Costa Del Sol is a gated community with 24 hour security and only 300 meters to the Blue Flag Playa Bejuco. The community features a dual resort style pool, lighted tennis court and green space. Paved roads from the costanera and throughout the neighborhood along with great neighbors and security make this a safe place for the kids to ride their bikes or the family to take an evening walk.

The beach is a short five minute walk but a car is recommended to take advantage of all of the activities and sites in the area.

ELECTRICITY CHARGES- there will be no extra charge if your usage is under 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring the air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or out of the house. We will take a meter reading at check in and another at check out. Any usage over 40 KWh per day will be charged at $0.27 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Security Deposit claim procedure

Près de la mer et tranquille
Maison située dans un environnement très sécuritaire, près de la mer et très tranquille. Dans l’ensemble la maison est bien sauf qu’elle mériterait une bonne dose d’amour, surtout la partie cuisine et salon. Le gros inconvénient pour nous touristes, est le manque d’eau potable dans la maison. Aussi, il faut se restreindre sur l’utilisation de l’eau courante, ce qui n’est pas évident lorsqu’on profite de la mer et de la chaleur du Costa Rica
