"I didnt receive my pounts! Oatking lit was slushy with snow that had not been removed feet were soaking wet going invand out of motel could not prevent every parking place was not ckeaned up!! Asked for coffee for room and never received it. No info in room about places to eat in Ontario "

"We recently had a 2 night stay here at the Best Western Peppertree February 7-8th. We really enjoyed the look and feel of the hotel, it was very pleasant. The little restaurant & bar in the hotel was pretty cool and cozy, it was nice having access to food and drink without leaving, Especially upon arriving in snowy weather like we did. The food menu was limited, but it was good. For what it is, the included breakfast that comes with the stay wasn’t bad either, not the best I’ve had, but better than a number of others I’ve had. The room was nice and very clean, shout out to “Benny” for that! That layout was good too. Next time we visit our family, we plan on staying here again."
