"We stayed 5 nights and it was very comfortable and convenient for all of our activities that we had planned. We could walk right to the wharf and piers to catch our ferry transportation for tours . There were many restaurants and shopping all within walking distance . Staff were courteous and helpful . Room was nice and beds were comfortable. It was very quiet at night . Being able to text anything for hotel services was easy and helpful . I would recommend staying at this hotel . "

"Will be good when the construction finishes. I would have appreciated an overview of where the hotel bars and restaurants are during this phase. I assumed the Clock Bar was closed but saw later it wasn’t but had made other plans. Also was never sure if there was any other spots at the hotel other than the lobby and lounge. Love the hotel though. "
