"The property shows signs of heavy use, with chipped kitchen cabinets and stove burners that do not all function properly. The kitchen dishes, pans, and appliances are also lacking in quality and quantity. The kitchen sponges were old and previously used. The washer and dryer are shared among four other rental units. "Wonderful location for magnificent view of the river. We had a bit of trouble locating the driveway to access the property since it's a bit confusing especially if it's late. Look for the old Mexican restaurant El burrito to turn into street!"

"Extremely diappointing. Pictures of living room ,dining room and kitchen ette, all in one room approx 14× 16. No stove, no oven, no kitchen sink. When you sat at dining table, you couldnt open frig. NO fire escape route. Grill, pool very dirty. No usable pool chairs. Bedroom closet 1/2 full of owners property. Owner and/ or his dogs in our space daily. Owner very rude and unaccomadating."
