"Fishing trip exploration! I enjoyed my stay there at sunflower. Owner was super friendly. Had everything you needed to cook/bbq, clean and linens which was a bonus. I would highly recommend staying here it was perfect for my boyfriend and I. Close to everything such as the lake, stores and restaurant's. We will definitely keep this cozy place in mind and book here when we visit lake havasu again."

"They need to remove walk to the beach. It is nowhere close and that’s why I bought it. False advertisement! Also did not like the laundry list of things I had to do to check out. None of that was communicated while booking. When I pay that kind of money I am not mopping floors, wiping down shower and cleaning linens. I also hated staring a dirty alleyway. "
