"The lady named Sydney is truly wonderful—she is kind, approachable, and always willing to help. However, my experience with the gentleman at the front desk, Juan, was quite the opposite. When I asked him if there was a spa in the community, he immediately said no without even checking. Later, I discovered that there was indeed a spa just across from the office. "Convenient and inexpensive for a nights rest, for our purposes. No chairs to sit on, in this room. Maybe an oversight? No breakfast provided. We drove 5 minutes to a nice restaurant. I would stay here again, if needed. "

"Love the accessibility to the slopes, hotel restaurants, ski lockers and overall feel of the hotel. The staff is very friendly. I also appreciated the possibility of a late check out. The rooms are a bit dated and not as well maintained (sink was clogged in one room, toilet in another) and the pool advertised on the website is at an additional charge which felt a bit scammy… especially for the price of the room. Overall enjoyed the stay but few upgrades would make the experience better! "
