This hotel is ghetto. There seemed to be what look like drug addicts all over, the hotel its self needs some major upkeep. My bathroom doorknob was missing, and the shower knob and faucet were holding on for dear life. The tub had cracks in it, the floor is stained and the top bedding seemed to be stained or dirty. All in all I won’t be staying here again.

This is the dirtiest and most unsafe place in Utah. The employees treated me and my kids so disrespectful that because of this employee we had to leave. We didn’t even enter the property he comes out waving his hands telling me to move my vehicle. I said why, he said it’s reserved. I said there is no sign, he said there is we do t have it. Then Inside he continued his disgusting behavior with his rude demeanor and his tone voice just made us leave without checking in. He started complaining about me having 2 kids and my room but I just ignored him. The property outside was so awfully smelly from drugs. There was people seating in cars with broken window and I have smelled that much weed in my life. It made my kids puke it was that bed. This property is not a safe place and the ratings mean nothing if you treat family’s with small young children like this. I only grateful that Expedia treats us with respect. Our older daughter is an athlete and we use Expedia more then 10 times a month sometimes. I’d rate Expedia 10 stars and this hotel -1000

This property offers a great combination of convenience, comfort and affordability. Sam was great during my 5 night stay and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in SLC.
