Hotel de la Matise is a small boutique hotel with under 20 total rooms. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They enjoyed our interactions as much as we did. The rooms are small and intimate yet clean and adequate. Would definitely stay here again if our travels take us back to Paris and hopefully they will. located near the Tulleries Garden. Their location is on a quiet street in the heart of Paris close to area Paris museums, shopping and dining.

The location is excellent. The staff are anxious to please. The rooms are in good condition. The only downside is that the size of many of the rooms are quite small; however, the are very efficiently furnished.

The Tamise is ideally situated within easy distance of lots of the major attractions of the city. The Tuilleries gardens are just across the road along with the Louvre, a bit further in the opposite direction(right from the hotel)is the Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe. The breakfast is simple but tasty, there are plenty of places nearby if you want to venture out from the hotel. Our room was small but(average size across Europe) but big enough for a couple of nights. All the staff we came in contact with were very helpful. All in all a lovely hotel in an excellent location would happily return.

We had a wonderful time in Paris by staying here. Most places stay within walkable distance from the hotel and there’s lots of restaurants and bakeries around the block. We were impressed with the staff kindness and hospitality, as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Will definitely stay here again next time

the literal 0NLY downside to staying there was the olympics prep caused a shut down / limited access to the other side of the river - otherwise amazing staff, super friendly and amazing accomodating service on all levels - thank you so much staff for making my first Paris trip absolutely fantastic!!!
