Overall we are very satisfied with our stay. The property is conveniently located and was easy to access by bus and train. There was a heavy police presence when we were walking back one night, not sure if this is normal for the neighborhood or if it was due to the Olympic activities. Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Loved that they had received my message on the early check , and the room was ready …something you don’t see in Europe … thank you … the hotel is very cozy and quaint .. loved the service … all staff were super helpful .. the only thing I would have a grouse would be 240 euros per night .. slightly expensive for a room of this size … other than that … located in a very nice area which was really close to the metro … definitely a nice place to stay

I have been to Paris many times before but I would describe my recent stay as simply "Fantastic". The staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and rooms are well furnished. The location is close to everything you need. Would definetly stay again whenever I visit Paris.

Would stay again - definitely!
Would definitely stay here again. Hotel is clean and safe. The rooms are nice and well maintained. There is no vent in the bathroom and the room can become a little stuffy. However, this issue is minor. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff were very attentive and made our stay very pleasant.

Very convenient location. Warm and welcoming staff Who were very happy to assist with any request and to anticipate our needs. The staff, particularly Greti on the front desk, were terrific - friendly and helpful! We stayed in a Junior Suite - which was spacious and very comfortable for our four-night stay. We walked just about everywhere - the hotel is very central to many of the major attractions. But Metro and taxi options were also readily available and nearby.
