Giacomo was a gracious host, meeting us when we arrived, giving us numerous helpful tips about sightseeing and restaurants, things to do and places to see. The spacious bedrooms of the house and views of the countryside are beautiful. There are stairs to negotiate, and having a vehicle is helpful. "

Easy access to the lovely sandy beaches within 5 miles. We were able to go to Pisa a couple of times with all its history worth a visit. "We had to cancel at late notice for a serious (life-threatening) medical condition for which we offered the host medical evidence. This was never taken up. We spoke to Vrbo prior to speaking to the host. The host tracked me down through WhatsApp and communicated directly. She was hostile and kept arguing that we had done her harm. "What a beautiful location. Perfect for day trips to all the Tuscan attractions and towns. Less than 5 minute drive to Montecarlo where you can find some lovely restaurants. Grocery shopping is close by as well. Luigi and Franca were awesome. Luigi went out of his way to educate us on where to go in Tuscany and shared much about his interesting life history.
