"I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting La Spezia, Portovenere or Cinque Terre. Short car drive to catch the ferry or train! House has a beautiful Mountain View, Italian breakfast was amazing, room was comfortable with a very nice bathroom but most importantly, staff was very welcoming and gave us amazing tips as to how to make the most of our short stay in La Spezia. "I stayed at NH for an extended period (2 weeks) due to a medical emergency with my husband, who was hospitalized. The hotel is close to the hospital, the water and shopping. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind. Everyone from front desk staff to housekeeping went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable and expressed genuine concern for my husband’s health. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is fantastic. Definitely would stay again. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, using it as a base to explore the Cinque Terre. It was nice at the end of the day to be able to come back and relax in a quieter setting. We loved having the balconies where we could watch all the happenings in the area! The room was clean, had a kitchen that even had a dishwasher! Housekeeping came in daily and made the bed and freshened things up, that was an added bonus! "
