"It is a great hotel with a good breakfast option. The only downside is that it’s quite far from the airport and the city centre. Taxi prices adds up due to the distance. Other than that, the room is nice and cosy. "

"Genuinely, was shocked at the bad reviews for this place. Hotel Artis was the BEST experience in Rome. SUPER short walk to the Metro Station which can get you to anywhere in Rome in minutes, great staff (who speak at least two languages), great coffee, spritzes and more. Hotel Artis is the SPOT!"

"Even though it was away from the city center, we could walk to P. Toglliati station to take the suburban train. The lot across has a full service grocery store to get take away foods. The inhouse restaurant was very good. And the breakfast was excellent with many choices."

"I would say this hotel is adequate. Not terrible or amazing, just ok. I didn’t expect it to be anything particularly special for the price, but a few things were disappointing. Firstly, there was no air con, which was pretty horrendous in the sweltering temperatures. Other let downs in the room were: no kettle/coffee making facilities, no soap etc on the first night (we did get them after that though), and, despite being a double room, it was actually two single beds pushed together. "Our stay at Simon’s guest house was wonderful. It has an elevator so our luggage for our cruise was no issue. The Owner Simon and his wife helped us down with our suitcases and were so sweet and hospitable. We flew in the day before our cruise and wanted to see Rome before we boarded the ship. Our 91 year old Mom was with us so the elevator was awesome"

"We had a lovely family staying here. The host was great and we felt very early welcomed. The accommodation was spacious and clean. A free breakfast was included in a nearby cafe. It was next to the metro so very convenient for the Rome sights. Would definitely recommend."

"The hotel is closed to the train bust and metro station. It is spotlessly clean the breakfast is good and the room/bed is comfortable. I would however recommend booking directly with the hotel as I was put in room 1 next to the check in desk and a public toilet which meant it was quite noisy in the evening. I would also recommend not to use the airport transport service unless absolutely necessary band certainly don't believe the cheaper with cash option.However overall I would recommend this...

"I found the property to be very clean and regularly served by house keeping. My only gripe is the on-arrival process which needs some work. There is no easy access to the apartments when out of hours and the meeting new resident policy is near non existent. We arrived at 12 noon still finding it difficult. If it weren’t for helpful neighbouring apartment managers we would not have been able to access the apartment complex. "

"Nice Spaceous room and bathroom. Extremely comfortable bed ,with memory foam mattress and pillow. Only downfall was that sheets were spotted and not in prestine condition.A bit far away from main attractions in Rome . 35min walk to Colosseum and 40min walk to main train station in town."

"This was the first place we stayed on our trip and Renato was very helpful. He was a great host, providing helpful information and was very available and friendly. The included breakfast was very good. Overall the room was small but adequate for our needs. Location is about 15 minutes walk from the most popular attractions and just a couple minutes from public transportation. "

"What a fantastic stay! Host provided us with places to go, recommendations and was just absolutely amazing! We had a fantastic stay! The area was great and safe, and literally right next to the Metro stop and bus stops. If we visit Rome again we will 10000% be staying here again! Would recommend to anyone!"

"Overall good hotel, close to transportation. We were supposed to have free parking as part of our contract, but the “free” parking spots were very limited. As a result we had to pay for parking two nights out of the four nights we stayed. In addition we could not shower on our last morning because the water was cold and no hot water was available. "

"La Quirinale is a beautiful property, centrally located in a very nicer area of Rome, and within walking distance of the central train station and many famous sights. The staff are excellent and the restaurant is worth a visit. The only problem was a mix-up regarding the pre-arranged pick-up at the cruise terminal but, in the end, it worked to our advantage as the cruise line got us a much better deal last minute on a taxi to the hotel."

"This was my fifth stay at this Hotel. Staff always accommodating. Included breakfast is excellent. Only negative,,, sidewalk outside Hotel entrance full of potholes & uneven. Easy to trip & fall. Other Hotels nearby have repaired their sidewalks."

"A very nice hotel , located right by the villa Torlonia ( a very stunning park to walk around) the area feels generally safe and the hotel is secure and gated. On arrival we was greeted by a lovely reception lady who was very helpful and prepared us for our stay ahead and explained everything we needed to know. The rooms were lovely , double room nice and spacious , beds were very comfy , 2 big large wardrobes a safe , mini bar , hair dryer etc the staff were helpful and cleaned rooms to high standard each day Breakfast was nice on the 4th floor which has a terrrace overlooking the park which is stunning - the breakfast selection was good a classics continental breakie - toast, crossiants, hams , cheeses , bread , variety of cake selections, fresh fruit , juices , hot drinks, the staff were also very lovely and greeted us each morning. The hotel is near public transport metro line Bologna which is roughly 5 min walk which takes you to where main sites are. We used the hop on // hop off buses which it takes around 20mins to walk to Termini Station walk through to the other side where you will find stop 1 for this service. If you like walking most sites from the hotel are 40 mins . Overall we had a very pleasant stay here and all the staff were welcoming and friendly- not sure why there’s negative reviews nothing but positives from us so thank you hotel d’elle civette "

"Well located near Roma Termini if you are taking the Metro to the sights or a train for an out of town excursion or the airport (FCO). Lots of eating choices nearby including the Mercato Centrale Roma also in the station! Included breakfast was great, and became our most dependable meal of the day!"
