Over the 4 days we stayed there, it was mainly very friendly, attentive female receptionists. Unfortunately one of the members of our group encountered the hotels only male receptionist at check in. This guy really isnt suited to a customer service role. His attitude was pathetic and his knowledge of his job role left a lot to be desired. Overall a great base to explore the area, will definitely return and recommend however that receptionist is worth watching. "

"Very short stay , two nights, to join a recently bereaved friend also staying in hotel. Reception changed my room , without me asking, to let me stay in same block as friend . All contact with staff was excellent. Room was fine and spotlessly clean . Could not fault this hotel and would stay again. Excellent. "
