"We had a great stay at this B&B and enjoyed meeting John, the owner. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. The property looked a bit run down from the outside, but the inside is great so don't be put off. We didn't have a car but it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants and down to the ocean. "We stayed before and after a visit to Kapiti island, and the hot tub and hot shower were just what we needed. Walkable to shops, restaurants and the beach. The breakfast was provided in the room, with a good variety of choices. However, there was limited preparation space so it could be a bit cramped when trying to make food. "We loved our stay at Judith’s place. The barn has been wonderfully fitted with every comfort and our girls especially loved saying hello to Snippy the horse. My only feedback would be that breakfast was a bit on the light side for 5 people and it was good we’d brought some of our own food up. "

"This B&B was a nice, self-contained, comfortable and tidy motel type room located at the back of a very nice young couple's home. A simple continental type breakfast was included. It would have been nice to have had a bit of fruit added. The owner's were extremely kind and want their guests to let them know if they need anything. Having a hot tube just outside the door was a bonus! It was a great place to stay short term."
