"Property and room was very nice even though they are under construction. Upon checking in (which they are very strict on 3pm) not even a minute sooner they double charged me and it took 3 days for reimbursement. No apologies and the lady at the counter was very rude. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel for the money. "

"We stayed at Jim's place for a multi-day visit to the Mayo Clinic which was about 10 minutes away. The place was small but clean and the furniture was in good shape. It is in an apartment complex so can be a bit noisy at times but the noise quieted after 10pm. The complex is very family-oriented. The kitchen had the basics but was missing a few items that you might want to have for a longer stay like a baking sheet and baking pan. There was a washer/dryer in which we didn't use.
