"This was our second year in a row staying here. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. The environmental service ladies as well. I just think it’s time for you guys to change the carpet. Especially on the first floor. Upon getting inside our room I raced to the window to try and open it, but they’re locked. The room was just so unbelievably stuffy and dense, and I’m not a big complainer either. That carpet is just insufferable, it’s time guys… We got a room change to the second floor...
