Everyday resupply of coffee capsules and water was very good. I even received a bottle of sampagne for my birthday that was during my staying there. I will stay there again in my next visit to Amsterdam."

"It was a bit of a travel into town but with trams so regular it didn’t bother us much. Rooms were spotless and staff could not have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommend this hotel. "

"Hotel is going through major renovations. Our initial room on the 5th floor was showing its age and did not have hot water in the shower. We asked for a change of room and received a room/suite on the 7th floor which was already renovated. Staff accommodated all our needs and were very pleasant. Lighting was a bit sparse in the room but the view overlooking a canal and small harbour was beautiful. "
