"This property is a stunner! If you can stay in a bungalow, even for a night, do it! A few things to note: The service at the main restaurant takes a very long time, whether they are busy or not. So don't expect to show up to eat when you're under a time crunch to get back to the airport (like we did). "The grounds were beautiful - especially at night. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I rented a car at the hotel and it was much faster and easier than the airport. There a small but nicely equipped fitness center. Perfect location - right outside the congestion of Papeete. I would stay here again. The only negative - the rooms could use a paint ‘refresh’. I was very happy with this hotel choice."

There were maybe one or two bad apples at the resort with bad attitude but we just learned to avoid them. One thing that could be better is an update to the menu. "I was a last minute check-in, which was a little problematic, as they had sorry of closed for the evening. I was told that this is their not busy season, but I would still expect an establishment such as that to be open past six. Minor issue with the windows, where I had to close them from outside to avoid mosquitoes. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the property is absolutely gorgeous. If not for those inconveniences I mentioned, I would have given them 5 stars across the board. "

"Super convenient since next to airport and free shuttle. Spacious beds and clean room. Quiet neighbors and site. Friendly host and staff. Loved the access to hot drinking water dispenser, chilled water, communal stove and sink and washer. Internet speed variable throughout day, understandable. Shower faucet was either cold or super hot, with short transition in between, so needed constant adjustment to avoid being scolded, minor. Will absolutely come back again!"
