"For the price, we (middle-aged couple from Australia) were very happy with the hotel. It's close to public transport (buses and metro) and there's plenty of good bars and restaurants very nearby charging "local" prices (rather than "tourist"). Staff were very friendly and very helpful, and the area is very safe."

"The receptionist (male) is rude and paranoid. I called the police on him because he refused to give me a receipt and he was harassing me from the time I checked in. He was psychologically harassing me and was threatening to kick me out because he did not likely question about the neighborhood if it's safe or not. I was appalled and traumatized by his attitude. I filed a police report for harassment and refusal to issue a receipt. Racist and inhospitable service. Will not recommend to anyone....
