Besides the beautiful views and the amazing rooms, one of the best parts was the service. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, at home, and fully taken care of. Every dinner was spectacular. The specials each night were to die for!! I am normally not a big hotel breakfast girl but everything was amazing each morning and they remembered all of my preferences after day one. I recommend doing the wine tour early in your stay so you can try all of their wines made on property, pick your favs, and order them throughout your stay. Lastly the spa is beautiful and the massages are so professional and well done! "

"We arranged for transportation from train station Poggibonsi which serves San Gimignano to hotel with return after our stay. Excellent service. Hotel staff always helpful. Located inside gates of old city with wonderful local restaurants and coffee shops. Good breakfast buffet option. We stayed in lots of hotels on our trip to Italy and this one is favorably memorable.
