"We had a lovely holiday here. The kids club was brilliant, the restaurants were excellent quality food in all the restaurants. Other guests we met on holiday who were half board and eating in the dinner buffet each night loved it. Kids were welcome in the buffet with a kids section that is a bit like school dinners to choose from. "The hotel is very well maintained. For guests needing a lift, be aware it is small and slow. The food provided very good and fresh,. The location is ok, typical tourist area. Near other places to eat and drink and supermarket, ATM's, bus routes. If you like the beach, be aware this is limited on this part of the coast and steps down from path above. Reception, restaurant and cleaning team all very good. Bar staff mostly good except for the afternoon member of staff, who was on occasion...

"The hotel is great, the car parking place is hard find, but hotel gave us very detailed about city centra parking, saved us money and reduced stress. Breakfast is very good "

"Overall a decent hotel, quite large, and All Inclusive worked well. Good choice of food & drink options throughout the day. Animation team enthusiastic with a fairly reasonable program of activities. Nightly entertainment could be improved with more shows. We were here as the hotel was preparing to close for winter and it felt as though the shutdown was taking place before all the guests had left and the facilities were dwindling by the day! "Could not recommend this place more! We will definitely be going back. The staff was phenomenal, when we arrived we were greeted by a concierge who took our bags inside/to our rooms and made us a mimosa while we filled out our check in details. We did the half board so we got a buffet breakfast and dinner each night that had so many options and were very delicious! The front desk also made us a reservation for the el la carte dinner which was also free. The staff didn’t hesitate when we asked...

"The property is very well maintained and clean, pools are beautiful, staff friendly and welcoming. Guest Services show a real desire to ensure you have a great stay. A la Carte restaurants served very well presented food but I found all restaurants to be a little bland for my taste, Pan Asian was the best restaurant we went to. In addition there are a wide range of drinks on offer but wine, beer didn't taste of high quality. A Prosecco I ordered was flat and tasted like it had been open too long...

"Beautiful resort with super friendly and helpful staff. The water park looks amazing for kids (and adults too). Plenty of areas for adults to relax too. Only improvement is Netflix needs to be added to the TVs in bedrooms, the existing selection of mainly news channels is awful "
