Great Week at the beach!
Everything was just like the pictures. We had a wonderful stay! The fourth floor was picture perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean and looking over the big pool. The bed is the master bedroom was so comfortable too!

Panama City beach getaway
Nice place to stay right there n the beach. Owners very prompt with any concerns. Our family was very fortunate as the day before we left we had basically first row seats to the Gulf Coast Salute Air Show. Appreciated being able to walk places but yet away from crowds.

A hidden gem of a place
This place exceeded our expectations. One of the best I have ever stayed in PCB. Condo itself was extremely nice and well maintained. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Spectacular place to stay!
We loved this little gem at Tide Water. Everything about the condo was perfect. The place was very clean and accommodating. We will continue to rent from Jessica and Jennifer because everything was perfect.

The inside of the condo was nice and clean. We enjoyed being located on the 4th floor. The property is well located. The beach chairs included with the unit are an excellent addition. The owners of the unit were great to work with.

Oceanfront Oasis!
This beautiful condo provided my family with a much needed break from the cold. The owners were incredibly thorough throughout the check in process leading up to our stay which made it effortless when we got there! Once we checked in, we were amazed at how large and open the unit itself was. The pictures do not do the unit itself or the views justice! We utilized the recommendations for nearby restaurants from the guestbook that other renters have written down from previous stays. We can’t wait to come back!

Great communication! We loved the early check-in option! Super clean, comfortable & nicely decorated condo. Huge space for everyone. Fully stocked kitchen ready for all your cooking needs. Beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf. Easy access to the pool & beach. Having the beach chairs/umbrella rental available was a treat ☺️ Pier Park nearby was very nice. Many restaurants, shopping & family fun near by. Our family loved everything. One of the BEST vacations yet!

The unit was extremely clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Nice view of ocean and pool. quick check in and check out. We used the stairs our whole stay. We must’ve gone during a busy week, the elevators were never available for us. It’s on the 4th floor so not bad unless you have a lot of stuff to carry. The hosts were great, very responsive with any questions I had. Staff at the resort were friendly. Location is nice. Not far from the pier. Would stay here again.

The best unit on the beach! Everything you need is already there. Owners are amazing and return your calls quickly, they answer all questions and take care of any concerns as soon as possible Loved working with them, takes the surprise out of vacation planning. Condo is within walking distance of Pier Park, with many restaurants and activities waiting for you.The windows in this unit surround the entire living room and the balcony not only has an incredible view of the ocean, but also the pool and the street view. Would return again and again! Check it out, you won't be sorry.

Great stay!
This is a lovely condo just perfect for my son and I. I deliberately chose a lower floor so we could use the stairs when the elevators were busy and it was a good decision! The kitchen was well equipped for us. The view from the balcony is great with a perfect sunset view. It is a small balcony but perfect for us. We walked to Pier Park a couple of times and to a local bar/restaurant several times. The only minor thing not included are beach towels. Most beach condos provide them since they’re bulky to pack. However, regular cable TV is provided - which is a plus - as well as Roku for streaming channels. We enjoyed this condo very much and had a great time!

Very nice property on a beautiful stretch of beach. Jessica and Jennifer went above and beyond, answering any questions we had immediately. We have rented many places, and they were the the most helpful property owners we’ve ever dealt with. The unit is very nice, and being on the 4th floor is a plus, because the elevators are super busy. We used the steps everyday. Another great perk is having the 2 beach chairs and umbrella included. That saved us a lot of money, because to rent them runs about $50/day. We walked to The Pier often. There are many restaurants there and great shopping. I would highly recommend this rental unit. Thank you, Jennifer & Jessica!

Awesome condo! Great location on property!
This was our second stay at Tidewater. Our first was a couple years ago. We stayed on the 18th floor, then. I love the resort, but the elevators are less than desirable. I found this unit on the fourth floor and it was perfect. No need to take the elevator, besides carting up groceries. The condo was clean and well decorated. I had a single issue with plumbing and I was contacted by the owners in less than five minutes of reaching out. The issue was resolved less than 12 hours later. I would definitely stay in this unit again!

Room was great. Fully stocked with extras you would never think of packing! Kitchen has full set of cups, dishes, knives, cooking utensils, even spices, olive oil, etc! Frying pans, saucepans, colanders, Tupperware. Ice maker/ water in fridge. They have beach chairs, beach toys, noodles and a boogie board. They also have a cabinet of board games. Smart tvs in living room and bedrooms. Beautifully decorated. Living room has pull out sofa (2 people) and a pull out loveseat (twin size). 2 huge outside pools, never had to fight for lounge chairs. Nice hot tubs. 10/10 recommend, and will absolutely be back. Owner texted when we arrived to make sure everything was satisfactory. Awesome stay at a beautiful place!

Tidewater Condo 400
Great place to stay....close to everything in Panama City Beach...walking distance to Pier Park a plus (~ mile ). Want pizza? Walk across the street. Eat in? Well equipped kitchen open to the living room AND with a view of the ocean! Very comfortable beds...loved having two bathrooms. Spent lots of time on the balcony. A magical sunset every nite, a cool relaxing breeze every morning. The owners (and VRBO) made the booking process easy and understandable. Another plus is having two beach chairs included in the reservation. The pool is giant size and crystal clear. Parking may be a bit of a problem for those who don’t (or can’t) walk. The parking garage is across the street but is connected by a breezeway that makes it a bit easier to navigate. Thankfully, a variety of luggage carts are available and the staff are very helpful. The elevators are tied up lots so advise taking stairs if possible. All in all, I’d highly recommend this condo as a place to stay in Panama City Beach.

Misleading
The listing is very misleading. The check in details were inaccurate according to the resort policy. Didn’t receive my code, and was charged $65 for parking passes and armbands that we’re supposed to be in the condo. The unit was not very clean and dusty. Not many towels and nothing was “fully stocked” according to listing. Dryer will not dry just a few garments. No light above the dining table which was difficult with children. Not condo related, but the resort elevators were tremendously slow and we had to wait as long as 30 mins for an elevator. Overall not happy with the stay.

The condo was nice but the balcony and bedrooms were too small and the bathrooms were also too small and dated and the closets were packed with owners things. The pillows were not comfortable. The view was ruined by road construction and street noise. Elevators are nearly impossible to get and the stairwells are disgusting and smell of trash. The amenities in the Tidewater are not good. Too many people. The weight room is dated, and destroyed with broken mirrors and rusted and torn equipment. The restaurant was unbelievably expensive for a salad, chicken nuggets, a burger and a quesadilla. The best part is the beach. The location still requires a drive and it is 30 min away from the state park and most attractions so the location isn’t great. Pier park is nice but you still need to drive there. Traffic is horrendous so be prepared. Family time was nice but tif I am honest, this was one of the worst locations I have paid to stay at. Owner communication was great.
