"We arrived at the hotel after a 20hr journey quite tired and ready to have a little nap to get used to the time difference. However, after booking through Expedia, who we have used many times before with no issue, the hotel staff had no clue of our booking and tried to make us pay in cash again. "We had an excellent stay! The home was walkable to supermarkets, fast food outlets, shopping etc, super comfortable when we were inside any weather.
