The kitchen has stainless steel appliances where you can enjoy cooking your fresh catch from the bay. You are only a short drive to launch your boat at the public boat ramp at Rock Landing Marina . Please note that there is no water access on this property .Enjoy an afternoon stroll to Woolley Park right on Dickerson Bay with a pier and full playground. You can explore the sea life at Gulf Specimen Aquarium just a few blocks away. If you are one to enjoy outdoors this location is great for biking, fishing, hiking and enjoying the fresh salty air the coast provides.

Comfy with great energy! Clean and beautifully designed with just the right touch of decor but not overwhelming. The neighborhood was peaceful and the view was nice.
