"Earl of Derby is very well located in Cambridge. Walking distance to town and train station. The rooms are very nice, comfortable, clean and quiet. Great being attached to pub for drinks and food. Hospitality is good and not intrusive. Staff are very helpful!! Just ask. "

"I stayed at the Jester while I was in the area for business. Bas and his chef Derek bent over backwards to accommodate during what was a very difficult time for them at the tail end of the second lockdown. With no other staff to support them, and making preparations for the reopening, they still found time to make sure I had access to evening meals and breakfast, despite the fact they had no reason to open the kitchen, just to serve me. "Lovely property right next to Cambridge North train station. Dog friendly too! My dog receives a welcome pack with toys. The hotel is clean and also accessible to the bus stop serving Cambridge city centre. There is also a Coop across the street."
