"Polite and pleasant staff, always helpful. Clean restaurants, great choices of food. Nice room, clean and beds were comfortable also were of decent size. Also had Disney characters around hotel in evenings. Overall couldn’t really fault hotel, would definitely stay again! "

"Great budget stay with a lovely 15 minutes walk from Disney village and the parks. Clean, well kept hotel and rooms with comfy bed and good bathroom. Brilliant, friendly staff and incredibly easy check-in: we arrived around 8am, checked our bags, picked up our room keys / magic passes and went straight to the parks :)"

It’s the equivalent of Premier Inn in the UK albeit with a pool (which you can’t use until June anyway) the free parking is excellent though. "We are obsessed with this hotel. The staff was amazing!! The hotel itself was beautiful, the rooms were so nice. The ladies in the store and the folks at the front desk were all fabulous and always had a smile on their face. The pool says it’s heated but it’s definitely freezing! They have a Starbucks onsite, which we were really excited about, but the staff that helped us didn’t know how to make the drinks on their menu, the bar drinks were fantastic though. "Very cool vibe as soon as you walk in. Love that the front desk was very friendly, spoke great English, and someone was always there if we needed anything (although we didn’t). The room was affordable and had everything we needed. Modern but good. Small bathroom but great lighting, hot water, and had counter and shelf space."

"Property overall is beautiful - villa could use a lighting upgrade both in the amount of fixtures and bulbs. It was dark. "We have stayed at the dream house next door and comparing this to the explorer. Explorers indoor play area great. Swimming pool was great better than the Vienna dream house. Dinning was ok pizza and sit in restaurant was ok nothing amazing. The beer was pretty flat. Most drinks were served in hot glasses. "Residhome Suites Paris Sénart was perfect for my short stay in Lieusaint while visiting my friend abroad. Check in, with early luggage storage was easy and the staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Would highly recommend the hotel if a stay is needed in this area. "

"The restaurant was closed, it being a Sunday, which we were not warned about. Power cut on Monday morning, which your chap fixed quickly. Worse thing, there is a concrete bar across the exit, which is too high, and it damaged the underside of my car. "

"Staff were wonderfully helpful, pleasant and polite. We arrived late and staff offered to help take our things to the room. The room was cheap so we did not expect a lot for our money but the room was very basic. Beds and TV and that was it. Bed was comfy and we slept well in a very quiet environment. Would consider staying here again but would want a smoke free room. Thank you to the young man on reception for being so helpful :)"

"Nice and friendly staff. Clean room and premises. Very practical and easy to access by car and to park near the main entrance. Perfect place for a stay over when on a road trip. However, the restaurant is closed on weekends and there’s nothing available to eat unless you take your car again to go someplace or you order fast food. "
