"When they started it must have been great. But now the carpet on every floor looks terrible. Also in the elevator there are parts missing and unpainted.
In general it would need an update.
Regarding the opening times of the restaurant in the morning and evening: Be more strickt at the time. 19:45 is 19:45 and for us from Northern Europe that is late and we just want to eat. Same at breakfast. just open the dor at the correct time. You can walk around but should not be necessary.
For the rest the staff do their best but it needs a renovation.
