"We stayed here after a friend's wedding. The location is great! It was easy to find and we had plenty of parking on the road. Every detail of the space is very well thought out. The beds were comfortable. The cold filtered water in the fridge was refreshing. The shower was warm. The AC units worked great. The listing is very accurate and the host was very nice to communicate with. We would absolutely recommend this property!"

"This homestead was amazing! Our family of 18 was very comfortable. Firewood was provided with more available to purchase for S’more fun! The sandbar was perfect for our Littles water play. The young adults and teens enjoyed the kayaks, peddle boat and hot tub. The kitchen was well supplied. Thankful there was a nice gas grill! Copious amounts of towels. Immensely enjoyed the screened in porch. We rented a pontoon which provided added fun for fishing, swimming and cruising. For our large group a second fridge in the garage or deep foyer closet would have been a godsend. Perfect vacation! Great memories."

"The stay was nice and we enjoyed the area, the listing states their is A/C while technically not incorrect the portable A/C unit lacks the proper ability to ventilate outside so it was not effective. With that being said with some fans and making sure the windows were open it stayed comfortable even with the excessive heat outside during our stay."

"What a fantastic cottage. We stayed Monday - Saturday. Located back a private road the cottage had absolutely everything you would need to cook and live comfortably. There are neighbors close but the secluded neighborhood offers lots of privacy. The AC worked great in the main room then plenty of fans to circulate it around. Walk down the steps to the private waterfront area was amazing. The boat shed has a great front porch to relax out of the sun or there are several chairs around a fire pit. Lake was perfect and we swam with the dogs each day. Lake isn’t very deep it starts at a foot and once past the end of the dock is still only 3ft or so. You could swim out a ways and still be less then 6ft. Crystal clear water with plenty of wildlife. We will definitely bookmark this one and look to stay again in the future. The cottage is accurately described and met our needs perfectly. 5/5 for us."

"Just traveling through and this was just an easy on and off the highway, staff very friendly, food was good, light and area related, not my cup of tea, but enough for others that aren't fussy eaters, lol. Good place to stay for a travel through, would recommend it totally."

"Very cute, very clean lake house! We enjoyed sitting out on the covered porch reading and listening to music. Enjoyed fishing off the dock and riding our bikes around the neighborhood. House is within walking distance of a great restaurant on the lake- The Clifford Lake Inn. We would highly recommend Driftwood Cottage!"

"This VRBO rental was wonderful. The description/listing is accurate, the home is exceptionally clean and the host is very prompt with answers. My party of four was extremely happy with our experience. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms were very clean and included items you might need if you forgot something. Living room space was great for gathering to watch some TV, and the window A/C units kept us very comfortable the entire weekend. I'd highly recommend Heidi's place. In fact, my friend has booked her rental for an event later in August. Looking forward to staying here again!"
