"This is a great option for an airport hotel. We arrived in Lisbon on a late flight and this place was only about 10mins driving from the airport. The instructions to get in were clear and easy. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The only issue is that there are no staff on site so it was difficult to ask questions/get answers quickly. Otherwise, very comfortable and easy for an overnight stay."

"Great Location & Service, But Some Drawbacks The hotel is in an ideal location—close to attractions, great restaurants, and in a safe, quiet area. The concierge service was excellent! They helped us arrange an airport shuttle and even booked our Fado reservations, which made our stay much smoother. The room was clean, but the bathroom had a terrible smell (possibly from the sewer line?), and keeping the toilet seat down and the door shut didn’t help much. Also, we were surprised that no robes...

"This is an excellently-run hotel overlooking a great square in center of Lisbon. The staff are all wonderful, and the extensive breakfast buffet is also a great plus (even a pianist performs each morning during the buffet). There are many hotels in central Lisbon, but you will not regret staying here! We will definitely return to this hotel!"
