"We booked a panoramic sea view room, but the room was nothing like the pictures and had no panoramic view. After complaint they moved us to a bigger and better one with fantastic view but very tired furniture and moldy bathroom. Breakfast is fair. Swimming pool is not as it seemed on the photos. It’s very small but it was mostly empty. Nice shaded sun lounges. "

"The hotel is very pretty modern style with tons of upgrades. Rooms are nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and polite. Loved everything about this hotel! Highly recommended! "

"Family stayed for two nights. Staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Alberto the "Captain" of Hotel Poseidon whose hospitality was excellent. The Hotel is just steps from the beach. The breakfast was very good (overlooking the outdoor pool). We had a maintenance issue with the stove in our unit and it was promptly fixed. Air conditioning was excellent. The building and facilities are older, but clean and well-maintained. There is a 24-hour grocery store a few minutes' walk from the hotel....

"Recommend all to stay away from this hotel. Hardly a 1 star hotel. Despite it says 3 Star(So it’s all about the money, lousy standard overall) • Overpriced with no AC • Rough neighborhood • Extremely small rooms, the shower included. • Beds should have been upgraded 15 years ago together with the rest of the hotel and neighborhood • Small terrace with iron doors making it even smaller We canceled our stay after one night, and booked into another hotel because of the poor conditions....

"Staff are professional and very courteous. We stopped by or called several local seafood restaurants, all were full, and the lovely hotel front desk staff called and obtained a reservation at Il Grottino al Porto, we had one of the best seafood meals in Italy, grazie Paolo who called his son at the restaurant, talk about personalized service! Check in and out could not be smoother or friendlier! Our first visit to San Felice Circeo and we will return often now as we live in nearby Anzio! ...

"Last minute booking right next to a natural beach. Front desk was awesome to us, extremely helpful both at check in and later in the day. Very very good restaurant right next door. Wish I stayed longer!!!"

"It was an amazing stay. We had half board it was well worth it. Excellent food at restaurant. Breakfast could have more selection but what they provided was good. I would highly recommend for families. "

"The resort was a spectacular ending to our Italian trip. Upon reaching the resort, we were met with Federica. Super nice, very accommodating, helpful, and overall very professional. She allowed us to check in early as the room had already been cleaned. She walked us through the entire resort which is beautiful. She went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect. "We barely left the property, it was so beautiful to sit on the terraces and look out at the sea. Checkin was easy, Gaetano showed us the property and got us settled. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Gaetano is very responsive to questions and needs."

The house by the sea one step away from the beach last minute August

A wonderful spot!

"This house is a five minute walk down the stairs to the beach, and the patio has a beautiful view. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook with and overall the house is cozy and comfortable. The upstairs bedroom has low ceilings so it’s really only good for kids (and depending on their height they might bump their heads). You can walk to the nearby town in 20 minutes for groceries, or take the bus. We rented a boat for the day twice which was our favorite part of the trip (especially Palmarola!). Elena is a wonderful host!"
