"I do have an issue I would like to address. During our stay the hotel had to be evacuated due to a fire in the resort, the resort does not have a fire alarm. I am deaf and if I didn’t have my implants on I would have no I idea that there was a fire. I believe it should be mandatory for the hotel to have a fire alarm system. The staff was excellent and went to check on rooms as well as accommodate the guests who were evacuated with chairs, drinks, water, and the resort also catered in meals until the kitchen was up and running again.
